Please note that all of our products are custom-made for you. This means we can offer you a wide range of colors, sizes, and styles without running out of stock. Once you place your order, our team will prepare your chosen style, print the design, package and ship your order within 2-5 business days. Our warehouses currently ship from two locations in the U.S, two locations in Europe, and two locations in Australia.
Shipping times after the courier has picked up your order are additional and as follows:
OVERNIGHT = next day delivery (in the US only)
EXPRESS = 2-4 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
STANDARD = 3-5 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email. Not all shipping methods are available for all items.
Please note that more than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. To ensure speedy delivery, make sure your payment and delivery information are complete and correct.
Kindly be aware that international shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure efficient handling of your international order, please be sure to double check your shipping address and include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached.
We currently don't ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. We do ship internationally to most other countries!
SHIPPING RATES & TRACKING
Our shipping rates are calculated in real time and based on the most cost-effective and fastest carrier depending on your selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number along with the courier information for your package. Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, some orders will be delivered by your local post office, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
*In the event that any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or the unavailability of a person to receive such package, there may be additional charges for reshipping.
CUSTOMS OR DUTY FEES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs or duty fees. These fees are not charged by us and are payable upon delivery. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.
